Welcome to The Legh Arms website. We have tried to give you as much information as possible about the pub, the team and the services we offer.

The pub is situated in the picturesque village of Mere Brow, Nr Tarleton Six miles East of the seaside town of Southport. Close to the Leisure Lakes with Superbike Shop, Caravan and Camping at the Riverside Caravan Park and The Leisure Lakes. Martin Mere Wildfowl Trust and Trout fishing at Mere Beck Fishery.  An abundance of good coarse fishing venues nearby include The Leisure Lakes, Sephton Farm, Bannister House Fishery and Southport and District Anglers waters.

Southport is also well known for its' golfing history with many quality courses within a short distance including Southport Old Links, Hesketh GC, Royal Birkdale and Hillside. Extremely close to the pub is a very good nine hole golf course at the Leisure Lakes Golf Academy which is extremely popular. Also there are many 12 bore shoots in the area.
