The trainee positions would suit persons leaving college.
The successful candidates will work as part of a team. they will be trained to a standard of excellence. Complete discipline and self motivation is required.

Our new restaurant is due to open in december 2008. if successful you will be working in that restaurant and will become well known in your field
The salary is dependent upon experience. qualifications are not important as in-house training will be given. a passion for food, a passion to please and pride in your work is a must.

mainenance persons
we require a person to provide the service of cleaning the public areas of the public house. initially the hours are about 2.5 hours per day during the morning and completion must be prior to opening which is 12 noon. hours will be increased if required on completion of the new restaurant. it is preferred that the person has extremely high standards and has pride in their work
